    Refunds will be honored in the event that an item is defective or in the event that an item is not as described. If you choose to receive a refund you must request that refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Item receipt date will be based on tracking information. Item must be in original packaging and unworn. If the item shows signs of wear and tear the refund will not be processed. Refunds will process within 5-7 days of item being returned. 


    Returns will be allowed on a case by case basis. In the event you have an item to return this item must be in original packaging and be unworn/not used. Items must be requested for return within 7 days of receiving the item. If you return an item as well there may be a 10% restocking fee that applies to your refund. You, the buyer, pays all return shipping. Once the item has been received refunds/exchanges will be issued. For refunds please see the refund policy.


    If you receive an item which is defective or if you receive an item that does not match the size chart attached, the seller will offer an exchange. If you choose to exchange the item, I, the seller, will pay for the shipping to return the item, as well as pay shipping costs to ship new item to you. We will only honor exchanges and returns within 7 days upon receiving the item. 10% restocking fee not applicable to exchanges.
