When will my order ship?
All in stock items will ship to you within 1-3 business days of receipt. All pre-orders will have an ETA posted. Once pre-orders arrive to us we ship out same day or next day business day
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, once an order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking number.
How do you ship?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS. We check all 3 shipping companies and choose the most cost efficient.
How long do pre-orders take to come in?
There is an ETA listed for each item. It Varys depending on where the item is coming (US or overseas). Remember ETA is an estimated time frame that doesn’t include holidays and weekends. Overseas items can take up to 6 weeks.
Why wasn’t I charged shipping on my invoice?
The only time you will be charged shipping on your invoice is if the item is in stock. Shipping for pre-order items is due when the item(s) arrives to us. We will contact you with shipping cost once we package up your order and weigh it. This is one of the ways we keep our prices low. If an item says ships directly to you then shipping is free. :)
Can I cancel my order?
No. When you place an order you’re making a commitment.
Can you ship my order to a different address?
No, we have to ship to the address you entered at checkout on website or PayPal. This is to protect us as the seller and you as the buyer. Make sure to enter the correct address when checking out.
Can you combine my orders if they have not shipped yet?
Yes. We will hold your items till all of your orders come in to save you shipping fees. However you will need to contact us at time of purchase.
My order was incorrect or damaged, what do I do?
Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you from there. See the refunds/returns/exchanges tab.
How long is my store credit valid for?
Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date issued.
